Unleash your inner DIVA!!!

Lets talk about fashion!! that is my favorite second topic after running so lets mix all together!

Some weeks ago I started to  buy my spring running gear ...just because you are all sweat doesn't mean you can't look sexy and fun!! 

It is time to leave the winter black gear aside and spice it up a little!!

I am not an expert but I have to say I am pretty good with fashion because I did my shopping just a week before the NYRR YPC Fashion Show and surprisingly I picked similar colors and trends to what Urban Athletics presented for the new season in their runway....and no..I didn't shop at their store at all! Did I mentioned that I was one  of their models ? ;-)  That was a really embarrassing thing!! I have to admit that when I was younger I dreamed about being a model...come on which girl hasn't play to be in a runway ?  It was really fun to do. We didn't practice or try on  the clothes beforehand so I was a little concerned about the sizes and all that because we just told them our sizes and they brought a bag with our names and the clothes inside...we didn't get to pick anything or even try it and you know how sometimes you are S, M or L depending the brand and style.....I guess real models don't have that problem...LOL...they are XS all the time!!  Anyway,  the clothes fixed perfectly and it was so  fun to be model for a little while!!! There were a red carpet, people clap, pictures...LOL...the whole thing!!!  It is weird to feel that a whole room of people is looking at your body :)

Let's go to the real stuff ...what is in for this spring?? color, color and more color!!! no more black girls!!! UNLEASH your colors and look sexy!! Here some of my picks!!

Say good bye to black and white bras!!!! Come one...say YES to the color with ...Pink and Electric Blue....also Green is totally in!! but I haven't gotten it yet :) ...don't forget to match your socks!! These ones are reversible so you can have the plain color or camouflage!! I prefer the camouflage ;-)



Acics singlets....I have this one in several colors and I love them!! they are very light and the fabric has little tinny holes that are great for the summer but don't let you exposed at all!!



If you want to really stand out in your race pictures and be fun...just match your bras and singlet following the table!! All the shorts for this summer are matching the colors in this way!!!

  

And for the days you go to cross training.....Nike Pink Sport Bag!! It is really very feminine..stop wearing those "man" style sport bags!! I think this one it is not from the new collection though...but I love it!



and it is green inside!!! and with a lot of pockets and space!!
